If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from our Kapalua Golf and Tennis Online Store please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 60 days of the purchase date.
EXCHANGE
- To contact us about an exchange within 60 days of the purchase date, please send your request to [email protected]
- Include your name and original order number and exchange request in the email.
- Once you have confirmation of the requested exchange item(s), send your return back to the below Return Shipping Address
- Enclose a copy of the Invoice Slip if you received on with you order when you placed your order.
- Please note “exchange” on your slip or on a sheet of paper.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping from Maui. Please include a pre-paid envelope or label in your return box.
REFUNDS
- If no exchange is needed, simply ship the product back as outlined below within 60 days of the purchase date
- Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order
- Please Note “refund” on your packing slip
