By participating in the "Kapalua Father's Day Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Entry:
To enter the Sweepstakes, you may:
- Place an order at shop.golfatkapalua.com between 12:00 AM EST on May 15, 2023, and 11:59 PM EST on June 18, 2023. 1 entry per order.
OR
2. Earn a free entry by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Matt Fitzpatrick" and include your full name, email address, and zip code. 1 entry per email.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Prize:
One (1) autographed Matt Fitzpatrick golf bag used during the 2023 Tournament of Champions. The prize has no cash value and no substitutes will be offered.
Drawing:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on or around June 20, 2023. The winner will be notified via email and will have five (5) days to respond and accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame, a new winner may be selected.
Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada and Guam who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Kapalua Golf, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Winner will be responsible any duties and taxes associated with the prize.
