  • I am having trouble placing my order, can I get some help?

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship to US, Canada and Guam.

     

  • How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

    Shipping within the USA generally take 5-7 business days and have a flat rate of $20. 

     

  • I have a FREE SHIPPING code but it doesn't seem to be working?

    All promo codes will be added to your order at the very end of checkout. You will need to get all the way through checkout before you will be able to see the discount. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any issues. 

     

  • How can I track my order?

    You can track your order via the email you received when your order shipped. It will have the tracking number and a link to see more details on your order. 

     

  • My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

    Please send photos of the damaged package and items to [email protected]. Our team will work to get replacement items sent to you.

  • Do you offer gift cards? How do they work?

    We do offer gift cards on our website at Gift card - Kapalua Golf & Tennis Online Store (golfatkapalua.com). These gift cards are good for anything online or in-store.

    Additionally, we can offer physical gift cards upon request. Physical gift cards are only redeemable in-store.
