I am having trouble placing my order, can I get some help?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Japan, and Guam.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

Shipping within the USA generally take 5-7 business days and have a flat rate of $20. Shipping to Canada typically takes up to 2 weeks and has a flat rate of $35.

I have a FREE SHIPPING code but it doesn't seem to be working?

All promo codes will be added to your order at the very end of checkout. You will need to go through checkout before you can see the discount. Please reach out to mauistore@troon.com if you have any issues.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the email you received when your order shipped. It will have the tracking number and a link to see more details on your order.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please send photos of the damaged package and items to mauistore@troon.com. Our team will work to send you replacement items.

Additionally, we can offer physical gift cards upon request. Physical gift cards are only redeemable in-store.
