Q: Is this the official online shop for Kapalua Golf?

A: Yes! We are the only official online shop for authentic Kapalua-branded merchandise. All of our products are sourced directly from Kapalua Resort in Maui, Hawaii, and feature the iconic Kapalua butterfly logo, ensuring you receive genuine, high-quality items that represent the spirit of Kapalua.


Q: What makes your merchandise authentic?

A: Our merchandise is 100% authentic. We work directly with premium brands like Peter Millar, lululemon, and Greyson to create exclusive, co-branded apparel that you won't find anywhere else.


Q: Where are you located?

A: Our operations are based at the beautiful Kapalua Resort on the island of Maui, Hawaii. All orders are packed with Aloha and shipped directly from our location here in paradise.

Sizing & Product Care


Q: How should I care for my new golf apparel?

A: To keep your premium golf apparel in top condition, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the product's label. In general, most performance fabrics benefit from machine washing in cold water with like colors and tumbling dry on low. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can inhibit moisture-wicking properties. For items with delicate embroidery, turning the garment inside out before washing can help protect the logo.


Shipping

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer the following shipping rates for domestic (USA) orders:

•Orders under $100: $9.99

•Orders $100 - $300: $6.99

•Orders over $300: FREE Standard Shipping

For expedited shipping (2-5 business days), we offer a flat rate of $35.00.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we currently ship to Canada and Japan with a flat rate of $35.00 USD. We also offer free standard international shipping for orders over $300. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties imposed by their country's customs authorities.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: For domestic standard shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. International orders can take up to 2 weeks. Please note that these estimates do not include our processing time, which may take an additional 1-4 business days.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress through the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See full return policy at Returns and Terms & Conditions


Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

A: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at mauistore@troon.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

A: Yes, we are happy to process exchanges for a different size or color, provided the item is in stock. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The easiest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at mauistore@troon.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?
