RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the Kapalua Golf and Tennis Online Store, you may return or exchange it within 60 days of the purchase date. All sale and discounted merchandise is final.

Price Differences
Online and in-store prices may vary, and we do not match online prices in-store. Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments for promotional or markdown items.

EXCHANGES
To request an exchange within 60 days for unused, unwashed items in new condition:

1. Email mauistore@troon.com with your name, order number, and exchange details.
2. Once confirmed, return the item to the address below.
3. Include a copy of your Invoice Slip or a note with:
   • Your Name
   • Order Number
   • “Exchange” or “Return”

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs. Include a prepaid envelope or label in your return package. Your exchange will be shipped once the original item is received.

REFUNDS
Unused, unwashed items in new condition can be returned within 60 days for a refund (excluding shipping costs). If your purchase included a free or promotional item, it must also be returned. If not, its value will be deducted from your refund.

1. Ship the item with the Invoice Slip or a note including:
   • Your Name
   • Order Number
   • “Exchange” or “Return”

Refunds: Credit will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 billing cycles.

PROMOTIONS

• Online promotions are valid online only unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional codes are valid only for specified dates and cannot be applied retroactively, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions.
• If returning an item that came with a promotional product (e.g., a free hat), the promotional item must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from your refund.
