Returns Disclaimer

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from our Kapalua Golf and Tennis Online Store please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 60 days of the purchase date.

EXCHANGE

• To contact us about an exchange within 60 days of the purchase date, please send your request to mauistore@troon.com
• Include your name and original order number and exchange request in the email.
• Once you have confirmation of the requested exchange item(s), send your return back to the below Return Shipping Address
• Enclose a copy of the Invoice Slip if you received one with your order. If not, please write the following on a note.
  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Please note “exchange” or"return"

• The customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping from Maui. Please include a pre-paid envelope or label in your return box.

Your new product will be sent out once we receive your rexchange.

REFUNDS

• If you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns up to 60 days after purchase on unused, unwashed items in new condition. Simply ship the item back for a full refund minus any shipping cost. If you received a free product with your purchase, you must return this with your return.

Credit for returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement.

PROMOTIONS: If you are returning an item that came with a promotional product i.e free hat with purchase, you must return the promotional item with your order or the promotional product will be discounted from your refund.
All promotional codes are valid only for specific dates and cannot be used retroactively. This includes all Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions.
