Kapalua Golf's "Gift of Aloha" 2024 Giveaway Terms & Conditions Official Sweepstakes Rules

Congrats to our last giveaway winner: J. Laskin 1. Sponsor The "Gift of Aloha" 2024 Kapalua Golf Giveaway" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Kapalua Golf ("Sponsor"), located at 2000 Plantation Club Dr., Lahaina, HI 96761. 2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and Japan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Kapalua Golf, Troon, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. 3. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM HST on November 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM HST on December, 18th, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). 4. How to Enter Participants may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways: Purchase Entry: Make any purchase from the Kapalua online store (shop.golfatkapalua.com) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each purchase will automatically enter the purchaser into the Sweepstakes. Free Mail-in Entry: Send a postcard with your full name, email address, and phone number to: Kapalua Online Store ATTN: GIFT OF ALOHA GIVEAWAY 2000 Village Road Lahaina, HI 96791 By entering, you agree to receive email marketing from Kapalua Golf and Troon Rewards. You may unsubscribe at any time. 5. Limitations on Entries There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and may result in disqualification. 6. Prizes Four (3) prize will be awarded: 1) Kaplaua Pin Flag autographed by Patrick Cantlay 2)Kaplaua Pin Flag autographed by Hideki Matsuyama. 3) Kaplaua Pin Flag autographed by Matt Fitzpatrick. These prizes is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. The prize has no cash value. 7. Winner Selection The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about December 20th, 2024, by Kapalua Staff, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 8. Winner Notification The potential winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time frame, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any change in the participant's email address or other contact information. 9. General Conditions By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 10. Release and Limitations of Liability By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Troon, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof. 11. Disputes This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Hawaii, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Hawaii having jurisdiction. 12. Privacy and Data Use Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy - Kapalua Golf & Tennis Online Store. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email marketing communications from Kapalua Golf and Troon Rewards. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails. 13. Winner’s Name and Likeness By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. This includes but is not limited to announcements on the Sponsor's website, social media channels, and email newsletters. 14.
