  • The Plantation Course is open for play. The shop is open daily as well. The Bay Course remains closed currently, but the driving range, Bay Shop and Taverna Restaurant remain open.

  • Yes! We are the only official online shop for authentic Kapalua-branded merchandise. All of our products are sourced directly from Kapalua Resort in Maui, Hawaii, and feature the iconic Kapalua butterfly logo, ensuring you receive genuine, high-quality items that represent the spirit of Kapalua.

  • Our merchandise is 100% authentic. We work directly with premium brands like Peter Millar, lululemon, and Greyson to create exclusive, co-branded apparel that you won\'t find anywhere else.

  • Our operations are based at the beautiful Kapalua Resort on the island of Maui, Hawaii. All orders are packed with Aloha and shipped directly from our location here in paradise.

  • To keep your premium golf apparel in top condition, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the product's label. In general, most performance fabrics benefit from machine washing in cold water with like colors and tumble-drying on low. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can inhibit moisture-wicking properties. For items with delicate embroidery, turning the garment inside out before washing can help protect the logo.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay.

  • We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us at mauistore@troon.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to go through the standard return process.

Shipping & Returns

  • We offer the following shipping rates for domestic (USA) orders:

    • Orders under $100: $10.99

    • Orders $100 - $300: $7.99

    • Orders over $300: FREE Standard Shipping

    For expedited shipping (2-5 business days), we offer a flat rate of $35.00.

  • Yes, we currently ship to Canada and Japan. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties imposed by their country\'s customs authorities.

  • For domestic standard shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. International orders can take up to 2 weeks. Please note that these estimates do not include our processing time, which may take an additional 1-4 business days.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress through the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Please be aware that we do not see more information than you do.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged merchandise with original tags attached within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at mauistore@troon.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Yes, we are happy to process exchanges for a different size or color, provided the item is in stock. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The easiest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.

  • We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at mauistore@troon.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund.

Promotions and Discounts

Price Adjustment Policy

The Kapalua Online Store works to maintain clear, consistent pricing for every customer. Once an order has been placed, the price paid is considered final. We are unable to apply later discounts, promotions, or price reductions to completed purchases.


Price Changes After Purchase

If an item is marked down after your order is completed, we cannot refund the difference or revise the original purchase price.


Promotional Offers

Discount codes and promotional pricing are valid only during the dates and times listed for each offer and only valid in the online store. Promotions cannot be added to earlier orders, extended beyond the promotional period, or combined unless specifically stated.


Previously Completed Orders

This policy applies to all orders placed through the Kapalua Online Store. Discounts, rewards, and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
