These Official Rules govern the "#LiveKapalua Social Media Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes"), a quarterly sweepstakes series consisting of three (3) separate drawing periods conducted during calendar year 2025. One (1) winner will be randomly selected per drawing period. All entry periods, drawing dates, and prizes are set forth in the Schedule of Drawing Periods below. Except where noted, all rules, terms, eligibility requirements, and conditions apply equally to each quarterly drawing period.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kapalua Golf ("Sponsor"), located at 2000 Plantation Club Dr. Lahaina, HI 96761.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Kapalua Golf, Troon, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) quarterly drawing periods as set forth in the Schedule of Drawing Periods above. Each drawing period begins at 12:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on the first day of the applicable quarter and ends at 11:59 PM HST on the last day of the applicable quarter. Entries are only valid for the drawing period during which they are submitted and will not carry over to subsequent periods. A separate drawing will be conducted for each quarter.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Social Media Entry: During any active drawing period, follow @GolfAtKapalua on Instagram or Facebook, post a photo or video featuring Kapalua Golf gear or apparel to your public Instagram or Facebook account, and include the hashtag #LiveKapalua and tag @GolfAtKapalua in the post or caption. Each qualifying post during an active drawing period constitutes one (1) entry into that period's drawing. Multiple entries are permitted per period; however, each post must feature original, unique content to be eligible. Posts must remain public through the conclusion of the applicable drawing period to be valid.

Free Mail-in Entry: To enter without a social media post, send a handwritten 3"x5" postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the quarter you are entering (e.g., "Q2," "Q3," or "Q4") to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the applicable drawing period and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Each eligible mail-in entry receives one (1) entry into the applicable quarter's drawing. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Entries submitted for a drawing period that has already concluded will not be valid.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded per quarterly drawing period, for a total of three (3) prizes. Each prize consists of a one hundred dollar ($100.00) gift card redeemable at the Kapalua Golf Online Store (shop.golfatkapalua.com). The approximate retail value of each prize is $100.00. The total approximate retail value of all prizes combined is $300.00. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes have no cash value beyond their stated face value. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

One (1) winner per quarterly drawing period will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that period. Drawings will be conducted on or about the drawing dates specified in the Schedule of Drawing Periods above, by Kapalua Golf staff, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning for any given drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received during that drawing period. Winning one quarterly drawing does not disqualify an entrant from subsequent quarterly drawings.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR'S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF WINNERS, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Each potential winner will be notified via the social media account used for entry (or via email if a mail-in entry was submitted) using the contact information associated with the entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in the same manner.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the "Affidavit") by the date specified by Sponsor. In the event: (a) potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort, or the notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive, or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with these Official Rules or any applicable time periods; (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible; or (e) potential winner fails to fulfill Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified and an alternate may be selected in a random drawing from among remaining eligible entries for that period.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any change in a participant's social media handle, email address, or other contact information.

8. Entry Conditions and Release

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Troon, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Each winner acknowledges that the prize is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. By participating, you agree to release each applicable social media platform from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. All questions and comments about the Sweepstakes should be directed to Kapalua Golf, not to any social media platform.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, each winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's agreement and consent for Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish winner's name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or damaged due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, social media platform, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of a winner to accept the prize; (f) prizes that cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions caused by Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather, or any other event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes or any quarterly drawing period if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or technical issues; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

If an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the applicable drawing period. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded per drawing period.

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Hawaii, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, participants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Hawaii having jurisdiction.

Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Privacy Policy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at shop.golfatkapalua.com. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email marketing communications from Kapalua Golf and Troon Rewards. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails.

14. Winner's List

To request the name of any quarterly winner or a copy of these Official Rules, email mauistore@troon.com with the subject line: "Winner's List – #LiveKapalua Giveaway 2025." Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the applicable quarterly drawing period.
