OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

The "Play for P.I.N.K. #PlayKapalua Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Kapalua Golf, 2000 Plantation Club Drive, Lahaina, HI 96761 ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). By entering, entrants release Meta from all liability related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), and Japan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Troon, and Play for P.I.N.K.; their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies; their advertising and promotion agencies; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members of each such person are not eligible. Void where prohibited. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. HST on Thursday, October 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. HST on Sunday, November 1, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Social Media Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, post a public photo of yourself taken at Kapalua Golf to Instagram or Facebook. The photo may be current or from a past visit, but it must be posted during the Sweepstakes Period. The post must include the hashtag #PlayKapalua and tag Sponsor's official account, either @GolfatKapalua (Instagram) or @KapaluaGolf (Facebook). Eligible photo locations include areas open to the public that do not require a paid round, such as the clubhouse and golf shop. Your account must be public at the time of the drawing so Sponsor can verify the entry. Each eligible post receives one (1) entry.

Bonus Entry: An eligible post earns one (1) additional entry if the photo shows the entrant wearing pink or posing with one of Kapalua Golf's pink flags. Each eligible post may earn no more than one (1) bonus entry, even if it meets both conditions. Wearing pink is available to all entrants at no cost, and a bonus entry never requires a purchase, paid round, or donation. Sponsor will decide in its sole discretion whether a photo qualifies for a bonus entry.

Limit: One (1) eligible post per person per day, for a maximum of two (2) entries per day including any bonus entry. Posts beyond this limit will be disregarded. Entries generated by script, AI bot, or other automated means are void. Entries become Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Content Standards: Posts must be the entrant's original content and must not contain offensive, unlawful, or infringing material. Entrants must have permission from anyone else pictured. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it determines does not meet these standards.

Content License: By entering, entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare, display, and reproduce their entry photo on Sponsor's social media channels and marketing, with credit to the entrant's handle where practical. Sponsor may reshare favorite posts at its discretion. Being reshared has no effect on winner selection.

Charitable Component: Donations to Play for P.I.N.K. are collected separately and are entirely voluntary. Donating has no bearing on eligibility, entries, or odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:

One (1) Kapalua Golf flag autographed by PGA TOUR player Matt Fitzpatrick

Two (2) Kapalua Golf course lithographs

Two (2) Kapalua yeti tumblers (one pink, one light pink)

Three (3) hats: one white Kapalua Melin hat with ball marker, one pink Kapalua Melin hat with ball marker, and one white GFore "MAUI" hat

One (1) pink and white Kapalua Flag

One (1) dozen Callaway Supersoft Pink golf balls

One (1) dozen Titleist Pro V1 golf balls

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US $750.

The autographed flag is provided "as is." Sponsor makes no representation as to its future value, and no certificate of authenticity is included unless stated by Sponsor. Matt Fitzpatrick and the PGA TOUR are not sponsors of, and do not endorse, this Sweepstakes. Prize items and colors may vary from those pictured in promotional materials. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No cash equivalent or substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize element becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any costs not specifically stated in these Official Rules. Because the ARV exceeds $600, a U.S. winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, including a Social Security or Taxpayer Identification Number, and will receive an IRS Form 1099. Failure to provide the required tax documentation will result in disqualification. Shipping within the United States is included. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm shipping for Canada and Japan winners.]

6. Winner Selection & Odds

On or about Thursday, November 5, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A Canadian resident selected as a potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

WINNER VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by direct message from Sponsor's official @GolfatKapalua (Instagram) or @KapaluaGolf (Facebook) account on the platform used to enter. Sponsor will never ask for payment, banking information, or passwords. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), and any required tax forms within the time specified. The potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected, if (a) the winner fails to respond within the stated time; (b) a notification is undeliverable; (c) the winner fails to return required documents on time; (d) the winner is found ineligible; or (e) the winner fails to comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to an entrant's account, handle, or contact information.

8. Entry Conditions and Release

By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Troon, Play for P.I.N.K., Meta, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. This includes claims for personal injury, death, property damage, invasion of privacy, publicity rights, defamation, and intellectual property infringement. The prize is awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, social media handle, city and state or province, likeness, entry photo, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes worldwide, in any and all media now known or later developed, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Entrants are bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for (a) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) posts that are not public, deleted, or not visible to Sponsor; (c) social media platform outages, algorithm changes, or account restrictions; (d) technical malfunctions of any network, hardware, or software; (e) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (f) unauthorized human intervention; or (g) any other errors affecting the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitations of Liability

Released Parties are not responsible for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry or prize process; (d) printing, typographical, or administrative errors; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or from receipt or use of any prize. If the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, the entrant's sole remedy is a drawing from eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. In no event will more than the stated prize be awarded.

12. Disputes

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and attorneys' fees, other than actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering.

13. Privacy

14. Winner's List

To get the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, email mauistore@troon.com with the subject line "Winner's List – Play for P.I.N.K." within 60 days after November 5, 2026.
